INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR JOB APPLICANT
Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that: The controller of your personal data is ZREMB-Gorzów sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski at Fabryczna 13-17, 66-400 Gorzów, NIP: 2810043841, REGON: 080173296, hereinafter referred to as the Company.

- Purposes and basis of processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes::
- For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on the employer’s entitlement arising from Article 22¹ of the Labor Code and to the extent of the following: first and last name, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence, correspondence address, education, and previous employment history. The legal basis for processing the aforementioned personal data is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on your consent to process your personal data, i.e., personal data other than those specified in the point above, provided in the CV, application form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is the aforementioned consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- For the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interest of the controller regarding data obtained from you during the recruitment process, in connection with verifying your skills and abilities necessary for the position specified in the job advertisement. The legal basis for processing these data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interest of the controller in the event of a legal need to demonstrate facts, or to prove the fulfillment of obligations. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent to process personal data provided in your CV, application form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR).RODO).
- Rights of data subjects
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and receive a copy of it, the right to request its rectification (correction), deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to transfer your personal data. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data, processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, as indicated above in section II. The aforementioned requests can be sent to the addresses indicated in section I. Furthermore, in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Data Retention Period:
- to the extent indicated in sections II.1, II.2 and II.3, your data will be stored for the time necessary to carry out this recruitment,
- to the extent indicated in section II.4, your data will be stored for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the law, as well as for the time in which regulations require us to store data,
- to the extent indicated in section II.5, your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 months from the date of your consent.
- Recipients of data
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions as defined by law and to processors who provide services to the Data Controller and to whom the data are entrusted.
- Provision of personal data in the scope of name, date of birth, place of residence, education and history of previous employment is a condition for participation in a given recruitment process. In all other respects, the provision of personal data is voluntary.
- Automated decision-making
Please be informed that we do not make decisions by automated means, including profiling.
- Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. A statement of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be sent to the addresses indicated in section I.
